For UK customers, please check with your neighbours and local post office before contacting us as the postman may have delivered it to an alternative address if you haven’t been in to receive the parcel.

For International orders, please get in touch as we may be able to track your order for you.

For UK orders, we do not send orders with tracking unless specifically asked to and paid for by the customer so if you wish for your order to be sent with tracking please get in touch BEFORE purchasing as we will not be able to change the shipping for you after purchase.

For International orders, all orders are sent with tracking. If you wish to receive your tracking number please contact us. We cannot guarantee that the tracking number will work in your country.

For all orders, dispatch time can be up to 2 weeks, unless it says otherwise when you purchase as occasionally when we are super busy dispatch time can be increased. If you are unsure about dispatch time before purchasing or need the item by a certain date, please get in touch before purchasing.

For UK delivery, we usually post parcels via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which takes between 2-3 working days.

For International orders, we post via Royal Mail Standard with Tracking, which can take up to 11 days (not including any delays the postal services may encounter).

Returns - unfortunately as all orders are personalised, we do not accept returns. If your item is faulty/ wrong, please get in touch ASAP.

Exchanges - unfortunately as all orders are personalised, we do not accept exchanges. If your item is faulty/ wrong, please get in touch ASAP.

Cancellations - we don’t usually accept cancellations however if you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible after your order has been placed to give you the best chance of your order being accepted for cancellation. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request to be accepted.
