If a parcel is returned to me, from the UK or overseas, because the parcel has not been claimed, or because the buyer refused to pay customs duty (overseas orders), the order can be refunded, only at the buyer's request. However I will only refund the price of the products, the price of the postage will not be refunded EVEN IF you had free postage, the postage price will be deducted from the product in the event you had free postage.
This is because I cannot be held responsible for unclaimed parcels, this is the buyer's duty to collect their parcel on time and pay for customs (if there is customs to pay).

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
