Announcement    Hello,

Welcome to my Art Studio.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my artwork and gifts .

As a self-taught artist living in the North East of England I started painting as far back as I can remember. I am inspired by the beauty of the Northumbrian coastline and it's castles. I paint in watercolour, oils, acrylic and more recently in alcohol inks which I find very challenging and quite inspirational . The vibrant colours and gold metallic inks are quite beautiful.

When I paint I am transferred to another place. I play some peaceful music which I find relaxing and can't think of anything else at that time. Sometimes I become so engrossed in my artwork the light fails and I have to put my brushes aside for another day. I Find painting very therapeutic and rewarding.
